I have a passion for all things health and wellness and believe that life is about balance. I emphasize a holistic approach to health, focusing on lifestyle changes for long-term success. I have always loved food; I am Italian, and in our culture food brings people together. However, over the years, I developed a negative relationship with food. I was overweight, depressed, and not living the life I had always dreamed of. I started practicing yoga ten years ago and it helped me completely change my life. I started the practice for the physical benefits and stayed for the mental and spiritual healing. I want to help motivate you to feel the same.
I have been working as a clinical dietitian and utilizing Medical Nutrition Therapy for the past seven years. As a registered dietitian and nutritionist, I honor each client’s specific needs in order to establish an individualized plan that is both realistic and enjoyable. My recommendations are grounded in scientific evidence, while focusing on compassion, motivation, and mindfulness.
